I bought this strictly to remove excess zinc from my system after accidentally overloading my system with too much zinc in an effort to renew hair growth. It removed the excess zinc easily. I later developed pleural effusion, which is water in the lungs, from heart failure and thought I would use the bath to see if it could remove that. The bath machine not only removed that, so I could breath easily again, it also reverse some of the diastolic dysfunction I was experiencing. I was shocked and still am that the bath did this. The debris from the bath from this 2nd usage was green with a lot of green flakes, which literature says indicates inflammation. I don't know how this crazy thing works, but it's been a week since my second use of it and I am still shocked that the fluid is not only out of my lungs but better diastolic function was restored. I would be curious if anyone else has tried it for these heart failure issues. I have had pleural effusion before, and it takes months of diuretics to treat. It also, oddly, dialed down my athletes's foot. This was certainly not cured, but it is a bit better temporarily after each bath. And the horrifying yellowish sheen that some of my toenails had acquired was also reduced: the nails look pink again. I was a little skeptical but the price was right. The first use was dark brown and orange. I immediately felt energized and for a few days I felt really good not needing naps during the day. I can imagine that you might see the title and say well WTF! However I think the product does work. I don't have any empirical data or any metrics to solidly say so. Even after reading the instructions it doesn't seem you know after you use the unit once to get a baseline of what the water is going to look like if you got some pretty nasty grody water after, you're going to have pretty nasty grotty water after you use it. So I don't see how that is a visual indicator whether or not it works I mean the scientist in me knows that the plate is breaking down and stuff is being in the water. I do get a tingling sensation at the bottom of my feet so I would hope that something is happening. But we all know that hope is not a discernible metric when it comes to data.When a purchase this I also changed my diet due to gout that was recently discovered. So a lot of my metrics that I go off of are just not 100% but I mean it is worth a shot. I purchased this product because I got desperate. I have a lot of inflammation & joint issues. The first night I used it the water turned orange with black flacks & bubbles. These colors & particles all coincide with my issues & I was really shocked!!I have used this product three times thus far (every three days for 30 mins) & each time the colors & particles were the same. I’m type 1 diabetic so have a ton of sticky blood sugar out partying in my body all the time slowing everything up and weighing me down. I started using something like this while seeing a homeopath. I have MS. I had gone to her after having large does of steroids and was miserable. I asked if there was anything she could do and she told me no but she soaked my feet while I was there. When I left I felt much better and the only thing that had happened was the foot soak. Ok so for all the nay sayers.... I have had 6 people use this at my house, and every single soak the colors are different for everyone!!! My one son has a yeast over growth (we knew that before hand) and he dumped white yeast... it actually wasnt until his 5th soak that he had other color variations... my other son just dumped heavy metals... and if you read the instructions you KNOW that what's in the water is just a small part of what happens... take my husband, the morning after he does his foot soak he has the largest bowel movements, it's like his body is emptying out and detoxing.... hmmm imagine that! I use this at least once a week. Water is very nasty but better on the outside of your body instead of the inside. Only downside is that it says the ionic unit only lasts around 15-20 times. I have not used mine for the 15 times so I am not sure how long it lasts past that but it still works after about six uses. Will try to update this at that time. Update- I have been using this for more than 15 times. I can say it seems like it is maybe wearing down. The bubbles or not as strong as they used to be.
